HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1998-01-12 NECESSITY ROSEDALE GARDENS 30668 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR A STREET IMPROVEMENT OF ROSEDALE GARDENS SUBDIVISION PLYMOUTH ROAD TO WEST CHICAGO ROAD AND HUBBARD ROAD TO MERRIMAN ROAD IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 34 On January 12, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:51 p.m. Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Rosedale Gardens Subdivision -- Plymouth Road to West Chicago Road and Hubbard Road to Merriman Road in the N E. 1/4 of Section 34, T 1 S., R.9E., Livonia, MI There were approximately 225 persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
