MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
PETITION 98-4-2-6 AND PETITION 98-5-2-8
WAIVER USE APPROVALS
On August 17, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 7 00 p m Present: John J Walsh*, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Maureen
Miller Brosnan, Val I Vandersloot, John R. Pastor, and Jack Engebretson. Absent:
None (*Walsh arrived at 7 04 p m )
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 98-4-2-6 and
Petition 98-5-2-8, submitted by Total Entertainment Restaurant Corporation, requesting
waiver use approval to operate a full service restaurant and waiver use approval to
utilize a Class C license in connection with this full service restaurant within the 7-
Farmington Shopping Center, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between
Farmington Road and Gill Road, in the S E. 1/4 of Section 4 This property is zoned C-
2.
There were approximately 24 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 56 p m., August 17, 1998
