MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PARKING AREA
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (KINGSTON TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS)
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF MIDDLEBELT
(BETWEEN ORANGELAWN AND ROBERT DRIVE)
IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 35
On May 13, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 04 p m Present: Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, John Walsh and
Jack Engebretson Absent: Val Vandersloot, John Pastor and Maureen Miller
Brosnan.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Roll for a Special Assessment
Parking Area Improvement Project, re parking area in front of Kingston Terrace
Condominiums located on the west side of Middlebelt between Orangelawn and
Robert Drive in the N E. 1/4 of Section 35
There were approximately ten (10) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.22 p m., May 13, 1998.
