HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1998-09-02 IFEC NO. 5 31181 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 On September 2, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at 7.05 p.m. Present: Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller Brosnan*, John Walsh*, John Pastor*, and Jack Engebretson. Absent: Joe Laura and Val Vendersloot. *Walsh arrived at 7 19 p m., Brosnan arrived at 7:20 p.m., Pastor arrived at 7.21 p.m. President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on an APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM JEAN REUTER, AWREY BAKERIES, INC. 12301 FARMINGTON ROAD, RE. TO COVER FREEZER ADDITION TO INCREASE STORAGE CAPACITY FROM 2,700 PALLETS TO OVER 5,000 (IDD NO 5) There were four (4) persons present in the audience • Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
