MINUTES OF A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS
IN SECTIONS 4, 5, 8 AND 9, T. 1 S., R. 9 E IN CONNECTION WITH
THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SEVEN MILE ROAD
On December 2, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the
Council at 7 05 p m Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan*, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor,
and John Walsh Absent: Brian Duggan Joe Laura, and Jack Engebretson Brosnan
arrived at 7 08 p m
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 08 of
Title 3, Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances,
as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity and Review
of a Special Assessment District for the proposed installation of missing sidewalks in
front of the properties along the north and south sides of Seven Mile Road between
Newburgh Road and Farmington Road, T 1 S R.9 E., City of Livonia, Wayne County,
Michigan
There were approximately nine (9) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.20 p m , Wednesday, December 2,
1998
