TROY, D KENNEDY, TAX SPECIALIST, GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION —
POWERTRAIN GROUP, 12200 MIDDLEBELT ROAD, RE TO COVER THE
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT TO
UPGRADE CRANKSHAFT AND NORTHSTAR V-8 MACHINING PROCESS.

On May 17, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice President Walsh at 7 00 p m
Present: John Walsh, John Pastor and Joe Laura Absent: Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan,
Maureen Miller-Brosnan and Jack Engebretson
The Vice President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate Troy,
D Kennedy, Tax Specialist, General Motors Corporation — Powertrain Group, 12200 Middlebelt
LRoad, re to cover the purchase and installation of machinery and equipment to upgrade
crankshaft and Northstar V-8 machining process (Industrial Development District No 2) (CR
211-99)
There were three (3) persons present on these matters
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
