MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUESTING TO CONSTRUCT A TRASH
DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AT THE AMOCO GAS STATION LOCATED AT
29401 SEVEN MILE ROAD IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11.

On March 22, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at
7 00 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Maureen
Miller-Brosnan and Jack Engebretson. Absent: John J Walsh.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 97-8-8-21
submitted by Joe Jaafar requesting to construct a trash dumpster enclosure at the
Amoco Gas Station located at 29401 Seven Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11
PETITION 97-8-8-21 by Joe Jaafar requesting to construct a trash dumpster
enclosure at the Amoco Gas Station located at 29401 Seven Mile Road in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 11 (This request was denied by the City Planning
Commission at their Regular Meeting of January 12, 1999, and comes to Council
per the petitioner's request for an appeal ) (CR 71-99)
There were six (6) persons present on these matters
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 33 p m , Monday, March 22, 1999
