MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 98-11-2-22
WAIVER USE APPROVAL
On March 3, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 05 p m Present: Joe Laura*, Maureen Miller Brosnan, John Pastor, Brian Duggan
and Jack Engebretson Absent: John Walsh and Val Vandersloot
*Laura arrived at 7 13 p m
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 98-11-2-22
submitted by Rocky Zebari requesting waiver use approval to operate an auto repair
shop within a portion of an existing building located on the south side of Eight Mile Road
between Beatrice and Hugh Avenues in the N E % of Section 2
There were five (5) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 45 p m March 3, 1999
