PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST FOR A TRANSFER OF THE
TAX ABATEMENT (Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
No. 97-419) PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TO CRUCAM, INC./KEV, INC. ON
AUGUST 11, 1997, IN COUNCIL RESOLUTION 665-97 FOR 12 YEARS,
FOR A FACILITY LOCATED AT 38099 SCHOOLCRAFT, WHICH IS
LOCATED IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT NO. 55
(CR 562-99)
On September 27, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson
at 7.27 p.m Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan,
Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson Absent: Joe Laura.
President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the request for a
transfer of the tax abatement (Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate No 97-419)
previously granted to Crucam, Inc./KEV Inc. on August 11, 1997, in Council Resolution
665-97 for 12 years, for a facility located at 38099 Schoolcraft, which is located in City of
Livonia Industrial Development No 55
There were twenty-five (25) persons present on these matters.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 28 p.m , Monday, September 27,
1999
