MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE. REQUEST FROM DELTA RESEARCH
PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA IN AN
AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 2.15 ACRES LYING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF
SECTION 27, FOR THE BUSINESS LOCATED AT 32971 CAPITOL STREET,
WHICH IS HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSED CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 80"
On May 10, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
Brosnan at 7 00 p m Present: John Pastor, Joe Laura (7 03), Jack Engebretson
and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh and Brian
Duggan
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District for
Delta Research in an area of approximately 2 15 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4
of Section 27, for the business located at 32971 Capitol Street, which is
hereinafter referred to as "proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No 80"
There were four (4) persons present on these matters
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m , Wednesday, May
10, 2000
