MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: REQUEST FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM ERNST & YOUNG, LLP, ON BEHALF OF
QUICKEN LOANS, INC., AND VICTOR PARKWAY ASSOCIATES, LLC,
PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20555 VICTOR PARKWAY (CR 788-00)
On December 18, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7.01 p m. Present:
John Walsh, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson, and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Brian
Duggan, Val Vandersloot and John Pastor
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from
Ernst & Young, LLP, on behalf of Quicken Loans, Inc., and Victor Parkway Associates, LLC, for
the establishment of an Industrial Development District for property located at 20555 Victor
Parkway, in the north 1/2 of Section 6
There were four (4) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 21 p m , Monday, December 18, 2000
