MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: PETITION 00-9-1-17, SUBMITTED BY
MARCO SOAVE FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF SEVEN MILE ROAD BETWEEN BETHANY AND
VICTOR PARKWAY IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6 FROM

On January 22, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President
Vandersloot at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack
Engebretson and Val Vandersloot. Absent: Maureen Miller Brosnan and Brian Duggan
Vice President Vandersloot stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth
in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act
(M.S.A. Section 5 2934, M.0 L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is
holding a public hearing to determine whether or not to approve the request to rezone
property located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Bethany and Victor
Parkway in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6
There were eighteen (18) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 07 p m , Monday, January 22, 2001
