PUBLIC HEARING RE FINAL COSTS FOR THE OLD ROSEDALE
GARDENS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(S.A.D. NO 398) IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 34.

On June 27, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President
Vandersloot at 7 00 p m Present: John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Val
Vandersloot. Absent: John Walsh, Brian Duggan and Maureen Miller Brosnan Pastor
left the hearing at 8 30 p m
Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the final costs for the Old Rosedale
Gardens Special Assessment Street Improvement Project (S.A.D No 398) in the
northeast 1/4 of Section 34
There were forty-six (46) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 49 p m., Monday, June 27, 2001
