PUBLIC HEARING RE: CHANGE OF ZONING for
Petition 01-10-01-11, SUBMITTED BY RINO SOAVE
On February 25, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President
Engebretson at 7 00 p m. Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot, Linda Dolan, Gerald
Taylor, Joe Laura [7 05] and Jack Engebretson. Absent: Maureen Miller Brosnan (ill)
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve the request submitted by Rino Soave for a change of
zoning of property located on the northeast corner of Wayne Road and Pinetree Avenue
in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33 from RUF to R-1 (Rural Urban Farm –1/2 Acre Lots to
One Family Residential – 60' x 120' Lots)
There were fourteen (14) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 58 p m., Monday, February 25, 2002.
