PUBLIC HEARING RE Petition 01-03-06-03, SUBMITTED BY THE CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO
AMEND SECTIONS 10.02 AND 10 03 OF ARTICLE X AND SECTIONS
11 02 AND 11.03 OF ARTICLE XI FOR THE ZONING ORDINANCE SO
AS TO DESIGNATE DRIVE-UP WINDOWS FOR ALL TYPES OF
BUSINESSES AS WAIVER USES.

On December 5, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President
Vandersloot at 7 18 p m Present: Brian Duggan and Val Vandersloot. Absent: John
Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve the request submitted by the City Planning Commission to
determine whether or not to amend Sections 10 02 and 10 03 of Article X and Sections
11 02 and 11 03 of Article XI for the Zoning Ordinance so as to designate drive-up
windows for all types of businesses as waiver uses
There was one (1) person present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.27 p m., Wednesday, December 5,
2001
