Petition 01-10-2-22, SUBMITTED BY MARK BAK REQUESTING WAIVER
USE APPROVAL TO OPERATE A PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDIO

On April 8, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President
Engebretson at 8 53 p m Present Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot, Gerald Taylor,
Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson Absent: Linda Dolan
(on vacation)
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question of whether to approve Petition 01-10-2-22, submitted by Mark Bak
requesting waiver use approval to operate a photographic studio on property
located on the south side of Eight Mile Road between Meadow View Lane and
Hickory Lane in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, which property is zoned RUFC
There were twenty (20) persons present in the audience on this matter, and
it was determined that this Public Hearing shall be adjourned without date
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 02 p m , Monday, April 8, 2002
