ON BEHALF OF BAHAMA BREEZE REQUESTING APPROVAL OF
ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE FOR THE RESTAURANT LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF HAGGERY ROAD BETWEEN SEVEN MILE AND
EIGHT MILE ROADS (19600 HAGGERTY ROAD) IN THE
SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 6.

On November 25, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7.00 p.m Present: Don Knapp, Maureen Miller
Brosnan, Linda M Dolan, Joe Laura, Gerald Taylor and Jack Engebretson
Absent. Val Vandersloot.
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question of whether to approve Petition 2002-08-SN-03 submitted by
Pentagon Center Condominium Association on behalf of Bahama Breeze
requesting approval of additional signage for the restaurant located on the east
side of Haggerty Road between Seven Mile and Eight Mile Roads (19600
Haggerty Road) in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6
There were four (4) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested person were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
