PUBLIC HEARING RE: APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, SUBMITTED BY DANIEL J. FOSTER,
ERNST &YOUNG, ON BEHALF OF TRW AUTOMOTIVE, INC.,
IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
120,000 SQUARE FOOT HEADQUARTERS FACILITY LOCATED AT 12033
TECH CENTER DRIVE, WITHIN CITY OF LIVONIA
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 59.

On October 28, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7.00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot,
Linda Dolan, Gerald Taylor, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson
Absent: Joe Laura
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question of whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate submitted by Daniel J Foster, Ernst & Young, on behalf of
TRW Automotive, Inc., in connection with the proposed construction of a new
120,000 square foot headquarters facility located at 12033 Tech Center Drive,
within City of Livonia Industrial Development District 59, which would create
approximately 126 jobs over the next five years
There were four (4) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
