DATED MAY 19, 2003, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

On Monday, July 14, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7 10 p m Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot,
Linda M Dolan, Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack
Engebretson Absent: None
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether this City Council should approve the request from
Comerica, Incorporated, for the establishment of an Industrial Development
District within the boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area approximately
22.303 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, which is hereinafter referred
to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 89"
There were no individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.27 p m., on Monday, July 14,
2003
