THE OBSERVER & ECCENTRIC NEWSPAPERS, INC.
DATED APRIL 22, 2003, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
On Monday, June 16, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000, Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7.00 p m Present: Jack Engebretson, Don Knapp,
Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura [7.09 p m ] and Linda Dolan Absent: VaI Vandersloot
[Vacation] and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether this City Council should approve the request from Richard
D Aginian, President, The Observer & Eccentric Newspapers, Inc., proposing
the establishment of an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of
the City of Livonia in area approximately eight acres lying in the Northeast % of
Section 29, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No 88"
There was no one present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 14 p m , on Monday, June
16, 2003
