PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
NUCON CORPORATION
DATED JULY 15, 2003, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
[CR 394-03]
On Monday, September 15, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Maureen
Miller Brosnan, Linda M Dolan, Gerald Taylor and Jack Engebretson Absent
Joe Laura and Val Vandersloot.
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether this City Council should approve the request from NuCon
Corporation, for the establishment of an Industrial Development District within the
boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area approximately 1 94 acres lying in the
North '/2 of Section 28, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No 91"
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday,
September 15, 2003
