PUBLIC HEARING RE: APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, SUBMITTED BY ROUSH MANUFACTURING,
INC. FOR THE FACILITY LOCATED AT 12068 MARKET STREET
On Monday, June 28, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at TOO p m Present. Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki,
Don Knapp, Frank Kokenakes, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent:
James McCann
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Roush Manufacturing, Inc to cover new machinery and
equipment and leasehold improvements to be used for manufacturing of motor
vehicle parts and accessories at their facility located at 12068 Market Street
within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 84
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , on Monday, June
28, 2004
