PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, SUBMITTED BY DELTA RESEARCH
CORPORATION
On Monday, May 10, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 OOp m Present. Brian Meakin, Terry A. Godfroid-Marecki,
Don Knapp, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald
Taylor Absent: None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Delta Research Corporation, to add equipment to
produce precision high volume gears for the auto industry at their building
located at 32971 Capitol Street, within City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No 80
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m , on Monday, May
10, 2004
