PUBLIC HEARING RE PETITION 2003-11-06-08 SUBMITTED BY
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
On Monday, March 31, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 12 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Frank J Kokenakes,
James McCann, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent:
None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether or not to amend Section 18 38 of Article XVIII, Section 10 03 of
Article X, and Section 11 03 of Article XI of Ordinance #543, as amended, to
change the off-street parking requirements for certain retail and office uses.
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 32 p m , on Wednesday,
March 31, 2004
