PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
APPLIED PROCESS, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
On Monday, January 12, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Frank
J Kokenakes, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Linda M Dolan
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Applied
Process , for the establishment of an Industrial Development District within the
boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area approximately 0 94 acres lying in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No 92"
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 13 p m , on Monday,
January 12, 2004
