MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR ALTERNATE III AND IV STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
CAROL DRIVE, NORTH OF SIX MILE ROAD,
TO THE DEAD-END OF HARRISON STREET,
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 12
On Wednesday, October 20, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7.03 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Thomas Robinson, Donald Knapp and
Gerald Taylor Absent: None
Council President Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for an
Alternate III and IV Street Improvement of Carol Drive, North of Six Mile Road, to
the dead-end of Harrison Street, in the SE 1/4 OF Section 12, City of Livonia,
Michigan
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding 'this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , on Wednesday,
October 20, 2004
