PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE NO. 2002-528,

On Monday, October 4, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 00p m Present. Brian Meakin, Terry A Godfroid-Marecki,
James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank
Kokenakes
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for an amendment to Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate No 2002-528 submitted by Kelsey Hayes Co ,
so as to increase the amount of personal property estimated to be purchased for
the new headquarters building currently under construction at 12001 Tech
Center Drive, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 59
There was five (5) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday,
October 4, 2004
