PUBLIC HEARING RE. PETITION 2004-05-08-10 SUBMITTED BY
BY THE PARZ GROUP, ON BEHALF OF PARZ-PALLAGIA SITE
CONDOMINIUMS
On Wednesday, September 1, 2004, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 9 29 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Frank
J Kokenakes, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and
Gerald Taylor Absent: None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve Petition 2004-05-08-10 submitted by the Parz
Group, on behalf of Parz-Pallagia Site Condominiums, requesting approval of the
Master Deed, Bylaws, and Site Plan required by Section 18 62 of the Zoning
Ordinance in connection with a proposal to construct a site condominium
development on property located at 35300 Joy Road in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 33
There were twenty-three (23) individuals present in the audience
regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 40 p m , on Wednesday,
September 1, 2004
