MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET LIGHTING OF WOODED CREEK SUBDIVISION, SOUTH OF SIX
MILE ROAD, LOCATED BETWEEN SAVOIE ROAD AND HARRISON
AVENUE, N W 1/40F SECTION 13.
On Wednesday, November 9, 2005, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, James McCann, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor
Absent Frank Kokenakes
Council President Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for
Street Lighting of Wooded Creek Subdivision, South of Six Mile Road, located
between Savoie Road and Harrison Avenue, N W 1/4 of Section 13, City of
Livonia, Michigan
There were no (0) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 02 p m , on Wednesday,
November 9, 2005
