MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET IMPROVEMENT FOR PICKFORD AVENUE, SOUTH OF SEVEN
MILE BETWEEN MERRIMAN AND MIDDLEBELT (BAINBRIDGE TO
HILLCREST)
On Monday, March 27, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 02 p m Present Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James
McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special
Assessment Roll for Street Improvement for Pickford Avenue, south of Seven
Mile between Merriman and Middlebelt (Bainbridge to Hillcrest), City of Livonia,
Michigan
There were twenty-two (22) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 p m , on Monday, March
27, 2006
