PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE #98-182

On Wednesday, December 7, 2005, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 18 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, James McCann, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank
Kokenakes and Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application to Transfer Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate #98-182 submitted by Awrey Bakeries L.L C , so as for a
plant upgrade in Cake, Danish, and Croissant Departments at their site located at
12301 Farmington Road, Livonia, MI 48150, within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 5
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 19 p m , on Wednesday,
December 7, 2005
