MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE
AT 9060 DEERING, LIVONIA, MICHIGAN 48152
On Monday, August 28, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 20 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James
McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 140 of Title 15, Chapter 52 (Dangerous Buildings and Structures) of the
Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public
hearing regarding the demolition of the structure located at 9060 Deering in the
City of Livonia There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 37 p m , on Monday, August
28, 2006
