PUBLIC HEARING RE: APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY WEBASTO ROOF SYSTEMS
On Wednesday, August 23, 2006, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council Vice President Knapp at T07 p m Present: Brian Meakin,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and Don
Knapp Absent: James McCann
Council Vice President Knapp stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Webasto Roof Systems, for the purchase of new
equipment needed for additional business awarded to Webasto and necessary
building renovations at their facility located at 36930 Industrial Road, within City
of Livonia Industrial Development District No 58
There were thirty-four (34) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 14 p m , on Wednesday,
August 23, 2006
