PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY DELTA RESEARCH CORP.
On Wednesday, January 24, 2007, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President McCann at 7 17 p m Present Don Knapp, Brian
Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor,
and James McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate submitted by Delta Research Corp, for the purchase of
new equipment to manufacture precision housings and gear boxes for the
automotive and aircraft fields at their facility located at 32971 Capitol Street,
within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 80
There were twenty-one (21) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , on Wednesday,
January 24, 2007
