PUBLIC HEARING RE: REQUEST TO ESTABLISH INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT 107, SECTION 25
On Wednesday, August 22, 2007, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present. Don Knapp, Brian
Meakin, Thomas Robinson, and James McCann Absent: Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Joe Laura, and Gerald Taylor
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether this City Council should approve the request for the
establishment of an Industrial Development Overlay District 107, encompassing
all M-1/M2 industrial zoned properties in Section 25, consisting of approximately
351 acres, as more particularly described in the attachment to the application
amp
which is hereby incorporated by reference and which is hereinafter referred to as
"Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 107"
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m on Wednesday,
August 22, 2007
