RE PETITION 2007-06-02-22

On Monday, August 20, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7.00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Tom
Robinson, Gerald Taylor and James McCann Absent: Terry Godfroid-Marecki
and Joe Laura
Council President McMann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve Petition 2007-06-02-22, submitted by SHAW
ENERGY, L L C , requesting waiver use approval to add a drive-thru coffee shop
(Bear Claw Coffee) to an existing gasoline service station at 36375 Five Mile
Road, located on the south side of Five Mile Road between Levan Road and
Golfview Drive, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20 There were eight (8)
individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 40 p m , on Monday, August
20, 2007
