NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET
LIGHTING PROJECT IN LIVONIA MANOR SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Wednesday, July 25, 2007, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7.01 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin,
Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent: Terry Godfroid-
Marecki and Joe Laura
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing to
determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project
in Livonia Manor Site Condominiums, S E. 1/4 of Section 3, on the north side
of Seven Mile Road, between Merriman Road and Auburndale, City of
Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia
Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure
Ordinance"
There were ten (10) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 03 p m , Wednesday, July 25,
2007
