LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EIGHT MILE ROAD, BETWEEN GILL ROAD
AND ELLEN DRIVE — STREET LIGHTING PROJECT — COUNCIL RESOLUTION

On Wednesday, April 18, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice
President Don Knapp at 7 08 p m Present: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura,
Thomas Robinson, Joe Taylor and Don Knapp Absent. Brian Meakin, President
James McCann
Vice President Knapp stated that this was a public hearing to determine
the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in the Chestnut
Grove Site Condominiums, in the N W 1/4 of Section 4, located on the south side of
Eight Mile Road between Gill Road and Ellen Drive, City of Livonia
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 19 p m
