NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET
LIGHTING PROJECT IN CHURCHILL MANOR SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Monday, September 29, 2008, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President Toy at 6 45 p m Present: Don Knapp, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, and Laura Toy Absent: Brian Meakin, Thomas
Robinson, and James McCann
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing to determine
the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in
CHURCHILL MANOR SITE CONDOMINIUMS, WEST OF NEWBURGH ROAD,
L. BETWEEN ANN ARBOR TRAIL AND JOY ROAD, S E. 1/4 OF SECTION 31,
City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the
Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment
Procedure Ordinance"
There were nine (9) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 02 p m , Monday, September
29, 2008
