PUBLIC HEARING RE. REQUEST SUBMITTED BY

On Wednesday, August 27, 2008, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President Toy at 6 30 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Joe Laura, and Laura Toy Absent:
Tom Robinson
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Brian P Ghesquiere, Vice President and CFO of The
Crown Group, Inc , for the purchase of new equipment to update the coating
system currently being used at their existing facility at 31774 Enterprise Drive
located within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 96
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 6 35 p m , on Wednesday,
August 27, 2008
