MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE
AT 33680 ORANGELAWN, LIVONIA, MI 48150
On Wednesday, May 27, 2009, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at TOO p m Present: Brian Meakin, Thomas Robinson,
James McCann, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, and John Pastor Absent: Joe Laura
Council President Toy stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section
140 of Title 15, Chapter 52 (Dangerous Buildings and Structures) of the Livonia
Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing
regarding the demolition of the structure located at 33680 Orangelawn in the City
of Livonia There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 08 p m , on Wednesday,
May 27, 2009
