PUBLIC HEARING RE. AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROJECT PLAN
AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS PROPOSED BY THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA FOR THE
MADONNA UNIVERSITY PROJECT
On Monday, November 9, 2009, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 03 p m Present: Brian Meakin, James McCann,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, John Pastor, Joe Laura and Laura Toy Absent: Tom
Robinson
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing to consider the
approval of an amendment to the Project Plan and the issuance of Bonds
proposed by the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Livonia for the
Madonna University Project, on property located at 36600 Schoolcraft Road
and 14221 Levan Road, pursuant to the requirements of Sections 10 and 17 of
Act 338, Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 06 p m on Monday,
November 9, 2009
