MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A
PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
FOR THE OPERATION OF AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM
ALONG PORTIONS OF PLYMOUTH ROAD
On Monday, April 18, 2011, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 08 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, Brian Meakin, Joe
Laura, and James McCann Absent. John Pastor, Laura Toy, and Maureen
Miller Brosnan
Council President McCann stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity of a
Special Assessment District for the Operation of an Irrigation System along
portions of Plymouth Road, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan
There were fourteen (14) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 33 p m , on Monday, April
18, 2011
