PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
JOHN F TENBUSCH, PRESIDENT, LINEAR MOLD & ENGINEERING, INC
FOR AN IFEC (INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT #111)
On Wednesday, April 20, 2011, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 01 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, Brian
Meakin, Joe Laura (arrived at 7 09 p m ), Laura Toy, and James McCann
Absent: John Pastor and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by John F Tenbusch, President, Linear Mold &
Engineering, Inc , for the purchase of new equipment and machinery for their
facility located at 12926 Stark Road within City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No 111
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p m , on Wednesday,
April 20, 2011
