MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A
PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
FOR THE LEVAN ROAD SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
On Monday, May 13, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
Vice-President Pastor at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann,
Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and John Pastor
Absent: Laura Toy
Council Vice-President Pastor stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity of a
Special Assessment District for the Levan Road Sanitary Sewer Project, in
the City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of
the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment
Procedure Ordinance "
There were eleven (11) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , on Monday,
May 13, 2013
