MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A
ii PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE INSTALLATION
I OF SIDEWALKS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ANN ARBOR TRAIL FROM
DOWLING AVENUE TO ROSEDALE ELEMENTARY
On Monday, April 15, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice-President
Pastor at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson,
Maureen Miller Brosnan and John Pastor Absent: James McCann and Laura Toy
Council Vice-President Pastor stated that this was a Public Hearing for the
purpose of determining the Necessity of a Special Assessment District for the
installation of sidewalks on the south side of Ann Arbor Trail from Dowling
Avenue to Rosedale Elementary, in the City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan,
Lpursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance "
There were nine (9) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 43 p m on Monday, April 15, 2013
