PUBLIC HEARING
ON AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
PLYMOUTH ROAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN ORDER
TO REMOVE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES FROM THE DISTRICT
On Monday, January 7, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Toy at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann, Joe
Laura, John Pastor, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy
Absent None
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to amend the boundaries of the Plymouth Road Development
Authority in order to remove residential properties from the Authority district
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 08 p m on Monday, January
7, 2013 /
