543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, as amended, to
determine whether or not to amend Section 19 06(f) of Article XIX of the
Zoning Ordinance in order to give the City Council more flexibility with
respect to waiver use requirements
c. LANGUAGE CHANGE Planning Commission, re Petition 2003-05-06-
03 submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Council
Resolution 236-03 and pursuant to Section 23 01(a) of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, as amended, to
determine whether or not to amend Section 23 05 of Article XXIII of the
Zoning Ordinance in order to modify signage requirements for public
notification of properties proposed to be rezoned
