6 PRESENTATION BY GROWTH WORKS' WESTERN WAYNE CARE
MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION Dale F Yagiela, Executive Director, re to
update the Council on the Wayne County Juvenile Justice program, to identify
efforts in providing juvenile delinquency services through the Western Wayne
Care Management Organization, and to provide specific outcome data regarding
the progress of Livonia youth involved in this program.
7 REQUEST TO APPROVE 2003-04 MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR THE MICHIGAN
COALITION TO PROTECT PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY (PROTEC) Office of the
Mayor, re for the period of July 1, 2003—June 30, 2004, from funds available in
the current cable budget.
8 REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE WORKING AGREEMENT
WITH THE WAYNE COUNTY OFFICE OF NUTRITION SERVICES THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 2004 Department of Community Services, re. to enable the
City to provide U S D.A. TEFAP commodity products to low income persons in
Livonia in accordance with rules provided by the State of Michigan Department of
Education in cooperation with the Wayne County Office of Nutrition Services.

FARMINGTON HILLS, THE CITY OF NOVI AND THE TOWNSHIP OF
NORTHVILLE FOR THE SURFACING OF BASE LINE ROAD FROM
HAGGERTY ROAD TO EAST OF THE 1-275 EXPRESSWAY AND FOR THE
SURFACING OF HAGGERTY ROAD FROM THE LIVONIA CITY LIMIT TO
BASE LINE ROAD Engineering Division, re with the City of Livonia's
participation estimated to be $14,927 00, or 0 90% of the total estimated project
cost.

14 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED Department of Law, re: to amend Section 010 of Title 1, Chapter 12
(General Penalty) to change the limit on sentences judges may impose for
violation of local ordinances (misdemeanors or civil infractions) from 90 days to
93 days to conform to the limit on sentences adopted by the State legislature.
15 ROLL CALL. Department of Law, re Request to repeal Ordinance No 2566
and to adopt a new ordinance due to an error contained in the legal description
with respect to Petition 2002-02-03-02 submitted by Thomas Jablonski, Joe
Winter, Mark Lamirand, Florence Deshler and Susan Anderson regarding the
vacating of Harrison Avenue right-of-way where it abuts Lots 130 thru 133 of
Thomas F O'Connor's Park View Acres Subdivision, located between Six Mile
Road and Carol Drive in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12

whether or not to amend Section 11 02 (Permitted Uses) of Article XI (C-2 District
Regulations) and Section 18 38 (Off-Street Parking) of Article XVIII
(Supplementary Regulations) of Zoning Ordinance No 543, as amended, to
comply with the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA)

cover the addition of two furnace lines, two quench tanks, two draw furnaces, a
wash tank, and a salt holding tank in connection with their metal heat treating
