Chairperson, Clarenceville Athletic Booster Club, re. to advertise their annual
"Touch of Spring" arts and crafts show to be held on Saturday, March 27, 2004
from 1000 a.m. until 4 00 p m.
2 REQUEST TO PLACE SIGNS AT REFERENCED LOCATIONS Brenda Uren,
Botsford Elementary Support Team President, re to advertise their third annual
Bazaar to be held on Saturday, March 13, 2004 from 1000 a.m. until 4 00 p m
3 REQUEST FOR NONPROFIT DESIGNATION John Heinzman, II, re to enable
the Heinzman School of Irish Dance Booster Club to conduct a raffle in
conjunction with fundraising events planned for April and May of this year to raise
money to offset some of the expenses for 11 of its dancers to travel to Belfast,
Ireland to compete at feiseanna and, hopefully, at the World's Competition in
Irish Dance
4 APPOINTMENT OF R. LEE MORROW TO THE BOARD OF REVIEW Office of
the Mayor, re: to fill the unexpired term of Barbara Komarynski which will expire
on February 16, 2005
5 REQUEST FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION URGING THE DETROIT
WATER BOARD AND THE DETROIT CITY COUNCIL TO PLACE A
MORATORIUM ON WATER AND SEWER RATE INCREASES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2004-05 Mayor Engebretson, re until an evaluation of the efficiency of
the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department operations has been done by an
46, independent, outside consultant.

7 REQUEST FOR ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTICIPATION
IN THE MICHIGAN EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM (MERS) DEFINED
BENEFIT PENSION PLAN; AND REQUEST TO APPROVE A ONE-TIME
WINDOW FOR ALL CURRENT FULL-TIME COURT EMPLOYEES WHO ARE

Service Department, re. recommendation for hourly rate increase for temporary
classification of Police Reserve Officer adopted by the CMI Service Commission
at its meeting of January 15, 2004
9 REQUEST TO ACCEPT PROPOSALS FROM APPRAISERS; AND REQUEST
FOR BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR APPRAISALS.
Department of Assessment, re for appraisals to be used in Michigan Tax
Tribunal Appeals on an as-needed basis for the period March 1, 2004 through
February 28, 2006
10. REQUEST TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL FROM PROPERTY AUDIT
CONSULTANT Department of Assessment, re in connection with a $150,000
grant received from the State of Michigan to be used for a Personal Property
Audit Program to be completed by September 30, 2004
11 REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SERVICES THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE STORM SEWER PLANS
AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE STORM SEWER
WITHIN THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FARMINGTON
ROAD, NORTH OF LYNDON; AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY
ENGINEER TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON BEHALF OF THE

14 REZONING PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2003-08-01-15
submitted by Golf Ridge Properties, LLC, on behalf of Glen Eden Church, Inc.,
requesting to rezone property located on the south side of Eight Mile Road (part
of Glen Eden Memorial Park) between Ellen and Newburgh Roads in the North %
